The vibration is moving so fast that our bodies are having a difficult time adjusting to the energetic changes.  To help all of us I have decided to open my home once a month for women to come and sit around my kitchen table to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea, a shared meal, renew and strengthen friendship, meet new women and laugh...

I think we all need to unwind and relax, you may do this with professional treatments that are also being offered that day. For a nominal fee you may choose from Reiki with France Brown, Indian Head Massages with Janet, Reflexology or Body Talk with Sandra Howe, Ion Cleanse with Heather Salerne, or Tarot Card Readings with Leslie Curow.  Please book ahead, spaces are limited and fill fast.

There will also be free Make-Overs.
